Right of withdrawal
Where you qualify as a consumer under EU rules, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving physical goods, unless an exception applies by law.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, products should be returned unopened and in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Food safety rules may limit returns of opened consumables.
How to request
Email contact@chrexxonvort.world with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the goods are damaged. We respond with instructions within a reasonable period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated using the original payment method where possible. Banks may take additional days to post the credit.

We process personal data needed to verify purchases and prevent fraud as described in the Privacy Policy.
Security and records
Refund records are stored securely and retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
